3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are not barred from receiving services under any applicable law.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Share, sublicence, or transfer access to any other person

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time. The price at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

6.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon enrolment, all sales are generally final. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued after 7 days of purchase, or once more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
